By clicking the pay button, you accept and agree to the terms outlined in the below:

  • Your access to the Rooted & Ready Starter Kit is dependent on your acknowledgement of these terms and the receipt of your payment of $98.

If you do not agree, do not understand, have questions, or do not accept this agreement, then do not proceed with payment, and please contact me at beth@bethdevriescoaching.com so we can discuss further.

PROGRAM COMPONENTS

This introductory offer includes:

  • Four (4) video lessons that walk you through education and guided exercises to complete.
  • Printable tools to use during the lessons and in the future.
  • Proven microhabits for moms throughout the videos.
  • Support provided from purchase date through the first twelve weeks to answer questions.
  • Coach will be available by email within normal business hours, and will respond as time allows

Following your agreement to these terms and payment, you will have access to any training materials or exercises used throughout the lessons.  I want you to continue to grow and revisiting the tools and strategies will help you to continue to grow.

Program Fee: By entering into this agreement, you agree and understand that you are committing to pay Beth DeVries Coaching, LLC:

  • One (1) payment of $98

The fees are non-refundable.

CLIENT COMMITMENT

  • 100% responsibility: You are fully responsible for your participation in these lessons, the actions you take or do not take. Your success in this program is your responsibility and you will get out of it what you put in.
  • Client is solely responsible for creating and implementing his/her own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions, and results arising out of or resulting from these lessons. If the client books individual coaching calls, they are responsible for the coaching relationship and his/her coaching calls and interactions with the Coach. As such, the Client agrees that the Coach is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach. Client understands coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.
  • Be honest: Being genuinely honest with yourself and your coach (even when it is uncomfortable) will lead you to the best results if you choose to book coaching calls.
  • Keep your commitments: Hold yourself to high standards and take the action that you commit to yourself. Every lesson and coaching session (optional) will include practical, meaningful actions you will commit to and follow through on. The fastest route to your success and fulfillment is consistent, meaningful action.
  • Prepare for each coaching session: If you book coaching sessions, take a few moments to clear your mind and get centered before your session and ensure you are in a place with no distractions where you can speak freely and be open.
  • Cancellation policy: Client agrees that if they book coaching sessions it is the client’s responsibility to notify the coach 24 hours in advance of the scheduled meeting/call if they need to cancel or move the meeting time. If they are not notified in 24 hours, the session will have counted as one of the coaching sessions offered in the program.

OUR COMMITMENT

  • Confidentiality: All discussions that happen in email and coaching calls stay in the program. This is a safe space to be honest with your coach and yourself.
  • No judgement: Your coach will not judge your current situation or what you want to work towards. All goals, thoughts, fears, questions, and doubts are equally appreciated and valued. Just as all victories, celebrations, and proud moments you want to share.
  • Tools & frameworks: I will provide various strategies and techniques through the lessons and in coaching calls where appropriate.
  • Hands on support: I want to help you achieve what is important to you. All questions you have during the program should be sent to ⦁ beth@bethdevriescoaching.com.

THE FINE PRINT

  • Success is not guaranteed: By entering into this agreement, you agree and understand that Beth DeVries Coaching, LLC is only granting you access to the lessons, which attempts to coach you and is intended to help you grow in your life. Beth DeVries Program guarantees no specific results. You take full responsibility for your own success. You acknowledge that everyone’s success is different and depends on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, your own drive, dedication, decisiveness, motivation, and willingness to be coachable and try new approaches. Any examples of testimonials are not meant as a promise or guarantee of your success, and you should not rely upon them in any manner whatsoever. In other words, you are completely and totally responsible for your own success.
  • Confidential and non-transferrable access: Only you are being granted access to the program.

    You shall not disclose, reveal, or provide any of the techniques, formulas, methods, processes, trade secrets, images, video, audio, intellectual property, or any login member credentials to other individuals not participating in the program. You may not transfer your membership to any third party.
  • Intellectual property: You acknowledge that any and all content, materials, design, and presentations are the sole intellectual property of Beth DeVries Coaching, LLC. You further acknowledge and agree that Beth DeVries Coaching, LLC shall continue to own all right, title, and interest in and to the intellectual property. This agreement does not grant you any ownership or other right or interest in or to any intellectual property of Beth DeVries Coaching, LLC.
  • Promotional Material: By entering into this agreement, you agree and acknowledge that Beth DeVries Coaching, LLC may reproduce and/or disseminate any testimonial referencing, either directly or indirectly, your experience in the program or outcomes you achieved. You agree and acknowledge that this includes any written statements you may publish through social media accounts and online forums, as well as any statements and/or images captured or otherwise recorded over the course of attendance at any event related to the program.
  • Limited Liability: In no event will Beth DeVries Coaching, LLC be liable to you or any party related to you for the consequences of your actions or non-action as a result of this program.
  • Mediation: If a dispute arises out of this Agreement that cannot be resolved by mutual consent, the Client and Coach agree to attempt to mediate in good faith for up to 30 days after notice given. If the dispute is not so resolved, and in the event of legal action, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover attorney’s fees (if applicable) and court costs from the other party.
  • Applicable Law: This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without giving effect to any conflicts of laws provisions.
