PROGRAM COMPONENTS

This introductory offer includes:

On the completion of your 2 weeks, you will have access to any training materials or exercises used throughout the program. I want you to continue to grow and revisiting the tools and strategies will help you to continue to grow. You will not receive access to the full set of program tools that is included in the 8-week program.

Program Fee: By entering into this agreement, you agree and understand that you are committing to pay Beth DeVries Coaching, LLC:

The program fees are non-refundable.

CLIENT COMMITMENT

100% responsibility: You are fully responsible for your participation in this program, the actions you take or do not take, the work you submit and your willingness to be coached. Your success in this program is your responsibility and you will get out of the program what you put in. You acknowledge that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve different areas of your life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education, and recreation. You agree that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporate coaching principles into those areas and implementing choices is exclusively the Client’s responsibility.
Client is solely responsible for creating and implementing his/her own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions, and results arising out of or resulting from the coaching relationship and his/her coaching calls and interactions with the Coach. As such, the Client agrees that the Coach is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach. Client understands coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.
Be honest: Being genuinely honest with yourself and your coach (even when it is uncomfortable) will lead you to the best results.
Keep your commitments: Hold yourself to high standards and take the action that you commit to yourself and your coach. Every course module and coaching session will include practical, meaningful actions you will commit to and follow through on. The fastest route to your success and fulfillment is consistent, meaningful action.
Prepare for each coaching session: If necessary, take a few moments to clear your mind and get centered before your session and ensure you are in a place with no distractions where you can speak freely and be open.
Cancellation policy: Client agrees that it is the client’s responsibility to notify the coach 24 hours in advance of the scheduled meeting/call if they need to cancel or move the meeting time. If they are not notified in 24 hours, the session will have counted as one of the coaching sessions offered in the program.

OUR COMMITMENT

Confidentiality: All discussions that happen in the program components stay in the program. This is a safe space to be honest with your coach and yourself.
No judgement: Your coach will not judge your current situation or what you want to work towards. All goals, thoughts, fears, questions, and doubts are equally appreciated and valued. Just as all victories, celebrations, and proud moments you want to share.
Tools & frameworks: I will provide various strategies and techniques through the program and in coaching calls where appropriate.
Hands on support: I want to help you achieve what is important to you. All questions you have during the program should be sent to ⦁ beth@bethdevriescoaching.com.

THE FINE PRINT

Your Effort: By entering into this agreement, you commit and agree to faithfully execute all the assignments in the program to the best of your ability. You further agree to set up and attend the one-on-one coaching sessions included as part of the program. You also acknowledge that creating results requires tremendous effort and that you are prepared and committed to faithfully make that effort.
Success is not guaranteed: By entering into this agreement, you agree and understand that Beth DeVries Coaching, LLC is only granting you access to the program, which attempts to coach you and is intended to help you grow in your life. Beth DeVries Program guarantees no specific results. You take full responsibility for your own success. You acknowledge that everyone’s success is different and depends on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, your own drive, dedication, decisiveness, motivation, and willingness to be coachable and try new approaches. Any examples of testimonials are not meant as a promise or guarantee of your success, and you should not rely upon them in any manner whatsoever. In other words, you are completely and totally responsible for your own success.
Confidential and non-transferrable access: Only you are being granted access to the program.

You shall not disclose, reveal, or provide any of the techniques, formulas, methods, processes, trade secrets, images, video, audio, intellectual property, or any login member credentials to other individuals not participating in the program. You may not transfer your membership to any third party.
Intellectual property: You acknowledge that any and all content, materials, design, and presentations are the sole intellectual property of Beth DeVries Coaching, LLC. You further acknowledge and agree that Beth DeVries Coaching, LLC shall continue to own all right, title, and interest in and to the intellectual property. This agreement does not grant you any ownership or other right or interest in or to any intellectual property of Beth DeVries Coaching, LLC.
Promotional Material: By entering into this agreement, you agree and acknowledge that Beth DeVries Coaching, LLC may reproduce and/or disseminate any testimonial referencing, either directly or indirectly, your experience in the program or outcomes you achieved. You agree and acknowledge that this includes any written statements you may publish through social media accounts and online forums, as well as any statements and/or images captured or otherwise recorded over the course of attendance at any event related to the program.
Limited Liability: In no event will Beth DeVries Coaching, LLC be liable to you or any party related to you for the consequences of your actions or non-action as a result of this program.
Limitations of access: If any client, including you, becomes a “toxic member” (abusive, unruly, excessively disruptive) towards Beth DeVries Coaching, LLC, the program, or other members, they will be removed and blocked to re-enter the program at the discretion of Beth DeVries Coaching, LLC. If you have any issue or concern at any time, please contact beth@bethdevriescoaching.com immediately so I can work with you to resolve your concern and support you.
Mediation: If a dispute arises out of this Agreement that cannot be resolved by mutual consent, the Client and Coach agree to attempt to mediate in good faith for up to 30 days after notice given. If the dispute is not so resolved, and in the event of legal action, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover attorney’s fees (if applicable) and court costs from the other party.
Applicable Law: This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without giving effect to any conflicts of laws provisions.
